		<description>yes.  if you have more than 1/100th of an inch of snow on the ground, we consider that a snow day.  note that if there is a call for a "wintry mix" or the like, you must rush to the grocery store, buy fritos, milk, beer, cigarettes, and batteries.  you never know how long you will be holed up for!</description>
