The Dead are an acquired taste. But, at least, you admitted to enjoying “Box of Rain”. That’s something.

Did you know the first cut of Phantasm was over 3 hours long! And then, cut down to 88 minutes! Makes sense that it makes little sense at all. A bit like a dream. I imagine Lynch liked this film.

We should go back to Shaws for some crab cakes!

Definitely up for hanging out more!

I started loving “Box of Rain” out of the blue about 20 years ago, and thought it might lead me down that path, but…well, I like “Box of Rain!” I’m sure there are others I’d enjoy, but I didn’t have much luck with that.

Really wish I’d gotten to watch Phantasm with you. I’ve only seen it once (loved it), and have been wanting to revisit it.

Crab cakes are just about my favorite thing in the world of food. Let’s hang out more in 2011!
