And Chicago was right in the center of it all.

I was actually driving around on the South Side around the time Obama was declared the next President of the United States. Young people were honking their car horns and screaming out “Obama” to anyone within earshot. I even saw a young black woman pull her car over to the side of the road, get out of her car, and proceed to jump up and down with excitement. When I got back home, there were fireworks going off near our neighborhood.
