Cloudy with a mixture of winter precipitation. Morning high of 38F with temps falling to near freezing. Winds N at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of precip 80%. About one inch of snow and ice expected.

    It snowed here yesterday. This is a pretty ho-hum event in Chicago, but in Korea it’s kind of special. Wish I’d gotten a shot of the neighborhood kids enjoying it.
