Follow the link for proof that kids in Chicago can have a snow day. Unfortunately, Apryl’s school is no where to be found on the list. The Winter Storm continues…
Snow will continue to intensify through the afternoon. As of late
this morning… reports indicated 2 to 4 inches of snow had fallen
across the area. An additional 2 to 4 inches of snow is expected
this afternoon and evening… resulting in storm total snowfall of
4 to 8 inches. The snow will decrease in intensity late this
evening. Snow combined with northeast winds of 20 to 30 mph along
with higher gusts will produce considerable blowing and drifting
snow and dangerous travel conditions.
Oh boy…
It’s just not fair. I don’t even usually go to school on Tuesdays but have to give a workshop tonight. Close, school, close!

Your neighborhood looks pretty awesome!
We had zero snow here. It flurried this morning, but it melted upon landing.

I’m so use to snow in Memphis that’s primarily ice so it’s rather easy to make a snowball. However, here the snow is so light and fluffy that it’s harder to clump together. Still, that hasn’t stopped either of us from snowball sneak attacks.
Thanks for the compliment Greg. Come visit!
