Today is Apryl’s birthday! Unfortunately, Apryl’s been under the weather so we had to cancel her pizza party at yummy Giordano’s. It’s really no fair to be sick not only on your birthday but during your Spring Break, too! I hope she starts feeling better real soon.

Thanks, everyone, for the wishes. Hayden did a great job of distracting me from my sickness on my birthday. He put up birthday decorations, had paper hats for us, put candles in the Giordano’s pizza that we had delivered, and got me a strawberry milkshake for dessert. It was a fun little party for me, Eva, and him. And fortunately, I’m on the mend now. My fever has been completely gone since Friday morning, and my cough is starting to get better…just in time for me to go back to school next week.
