Okay, I know I said that I would only be posting about the Sox on TV games days, but this was just too funny. Tonight’s game against the Minnesota Twins has been cancelled because… it’s too cold to play baseball! With 22 degree weather and a 0 wind chill factor, I suppose the deciding factor was actually that no one would bother to show up (even though frigid weather has never stopped Da Bears fans). Tomorrow’s game is suppose to go on as scheduled at 1pm.
Update: Looks like the Cubs are going to get their first win of the year against the Brewers. And since Milwaukee is only an hour and a half away from Chicago, a large majority of the fans are Cubbies (which is evident on the WGN broadcast). Note to self: must make a day trip to the “Brew City”!
